A special episode, airing tonight, will feature the outspoken stars teaming up with MTV's GYT campaign to roll-out a series of sketches in honor of World AIDS Day on December 1st.
It's estimated that as many as one in two sexually active young adults will contract an STD by age 25 - and most won't know it.
